Under Consumer Data Right (CDR) laws, every business account must have a Nominated Representative. This person has the authority to authorise and withdraw consent for sharing data in the CDR system on behalf of the business. Just a head’s up: even if you’re already a Nominated Representative, you will need to register again with your retailer specifically for CDR purposes.
