EnergyFlex data is shared by you, and the data is held originally by your energy provider (known as a Data Holder in CDR). Open Energy, that means retailers and the market operator, AEMO.
To fix any mix-ups or incorrect data, pop over to your retailer’s website or app and look for “CDR”. They’ll guide you on how to ask for changes.
