We can get most of the detailed data we need through the Consumer Data Right (CDR) system, but we need your active consent to give you access to this data.
In some cases, we may need to collect additional data from you that is not available through the CDR. This data may be specific to your circumstances, and it will help us to provide you with the best possible support on your EnergyFlex journey. We will always ask for your consent before collecting this additional data, and we will only use it for the purposes that you have authorised.

Who else has access to my data?
We are not permitted to share your Consumer Data Right (CDR) data. However, we may occasionally offer you third-party products and services from vendors in the EnergyFlex marketplace. To take advantage of these offers, we will invite you to share your data with them.
Should you choose not to share your data with third parties, you will be unable to access or benefit from their services or promotions.
