We can get most of the detailed data we need through the Consumer Data Right (CDR) system, but we need your active consent to access this data.
In some cases, we may need to collect additional data from you that is not available through the CDR. This data may be specific to your circumstances, and it will help us to provide you with the best possible support on your EnergyFlex journey. We will always ask for your consent before collecting this additional data, and we will only use it for the purposes that you have authorised.
